Step 1: Order Ingestion (API Sync / File Upload / Export)
Access your workspace. The platform supports multiple flexible data ingestion methods:
- API Auto-Sync: Connect your Shopee store authorization. The system retrieves unfulfilled orders and tracking numbers on demand.
- Batch File Upload: Directly import your Shopee seller order Excel / CSV files without API integration.
- Consolidated Picking Export: Select multi-carrier orders to generate a unified packing master file for fast inventory cross-checks.
Step 2: Enter the Print Center and Select Output Documents
After checking target orders in the list, the Print Center allows flexible document selection:
1. Smart Pick List
Aggregates items by SKU and shelf bin location, allowing single-pass warehouse picking without walking back and forth.
2. Shipping Waybills (AWB)
Consolidates waybills across Shopee Xpress, 7-ELEVEN, and FamilyMart into a continuous print stream.
3. Order Details
A clear itemized list for buyer verification, synchronized 1:1 with the thermal waybill sequence.
4. Custom Delivery Labels
Generate standard sender/recipient labels for postal dispatch, courier direct, or fragile item notes.
Step 3: Paper Specifications & Printer Setup
Ensure optimal label dimensions and margins before sending print jobs:
- Supported Sizes: 100×150mm (standard thermal), 100×100mm, and standard A4 4-per-page auto imposition.
- Print Dialog Recommendations: When using thermal printers, set Margins to "None" and Scale to "100%" (or Actual Size) to ensure clear 1D/2D barcodes for instant carrier scanning.
